• For LP/UP schools: Rs.200/-
• For HS-no.of students below 1000= Rs.250
• For HS-no. of students above 1000= Rs.350
• For HSS/VHSS-No. of students below 1000=Rs.350
• For HSS/VHSS-No. of students above 1000=Rs.500

   Also the school HMs are requested to submit the trophies at the time of registration(21.12.2014) at GJHS,Naduvattam.

ATTENTION:IMPORTANT INFORMATION :SUB DISTRICT SCHOOL KALOTSAVAM 2014

• The sub district school kalotsavam will be held from 23.11.2014 to 26.11.2014 at GJHS.Naduvattam.
• The offstage items and Selected items of Arabic Kalotsavam will commences on 23.11.2014.
• The Registration of Participants will start on 21.11.2014.
• The meeting of team managers will held on 21.11.2014 11.30 AM.
• The topic for LP Elocution competition is 'Ente malayalam'.
• The schools in which they do not submit the collection of coupons including higher secondary  schools should submit their arrears within 27.11.2014 to AEO office.
• The affiliation fee regard to  sub district sports will remit at the time of registration of school kalotsavam.Details are given below.
• 1. for U.P school: Rs.50/-
• 2. for HS(no.of students below 1000): Rs.150/-
• 3. for HS(no.of students above 1000):Rs.200/-
• 4. for HSS/VHSS((no.of students below 1000): Rs.150/-
• 5. for HSS/VHSS((no.of students below 1000): Rs.200/-
• The schools should handover the rolling trophies on or before 20.11.2014 to the convener.

ATTENTION: DISTRICT SASTHROTSAVAM 2014

All the students who are eligible to participate in the District Sasthrotsavam which will be commences from 17.11.2014 at HSS.Ananganadi are directed to collect their ID card   from BRC Pattambi on 16.11.2014. 3 PM

• സാങ്കേതിക കാരണങ്ങളാല്‍ സമയമാറ്റം സംഭവിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
• മത്സരാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ രാവിലെ 9.30 ന് മുമ്പായി സ്കൂള്‍ ലാബിനു സമീപത്തുള്ള പ്രോഗ്രാം ഓഫീസില്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്

INFORMATION TO ALL SCHOOLS:

• The Registration Process of  Sports Mela will be starts from 04.11.2014 ...12 PM
• The Inaugural Function of Sports Mela will be start on 05.11.2014. The events will starts on the same day  at 9 AM.
• The events of  LP Category (Mini-Kiddies) will be starts on 06.11.2014 ..at 10 AM.
• The closing ceremony of Sub district Sports Mela will be held on 07.11.2014 ..4 PM

All Students who  Participating in the Sub district Sasthrosvam except LP category  should upload their photos through the website of Kerala Sastrotsavam.
